The quality of our products and satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason and wish to return them, we will be happy to assist you.
If you receive defective or damaged products, please notify us as soon as possible. In the case of this unlikely event, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team at email@example.com to coordinate the return and we will gladly provide replacement products.
Returns must be requested within 365 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. If the item was purchased by the case, the return of unopened bags is allowed.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

No restocking fee will be charged but you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return. If the return is due to defective or damaged products, or the result of a shipping error by Bambo Nature, please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com to coordinate the return shipping costs at the expense of Bambo Nature USA. If you are shipping an item valued over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item but will do all we can to assist you in locating any missing return.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
A member of our Customer Service Team will notify you via email once we have received your returned item. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
